By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
To secure your wedding date or event date, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (deposit) are required. The date is not secured until both the contract and retainer are received. The retainer is applied toward your final balance.
The final balance is due prior to the event date, as specified in your contract (typically 7 to 14 days before the event). Acceptable forms of payment will be outlined in your invoice and contract.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The initial retainer is strictly non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to our availability. If we are unavailable for the new date, the contract will be cancelled and the retainer forfeited.
You may add services to your contract (subject to time and artist availability) but you may not deduct services once the contract is signed. The total contracted amount is the minimum balance due.
All brushes, tools, and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities must be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application. Sade Noir Artistry is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions.
